Based on my experience and multiple interviews I have conducted, Here are 5 Suggestions to Ace a Job Interview.

💡A candidate with a personalized and professional Resume always spikes interviewer interest. On the other hand, try to avoid  "Copy Paste Resume". This shows a lack of effort. Make  Sure you have updated your CV on the job portal. You must highlight your latest work and skill. Make sure those portfolio links are working.

💡The interviewee must avoid asking the Interviewer to call them back at their convenience until you genuinely can't talk at that moment. Your time matters but the recruiters time too. Respect their time and if you can't talk as per their timings, politely ask them to reschedule and provide a genuine reason.

💡 Try to remain humble during the interview call as well as  face2face round. Don't show a casual and laid-back attitude because an Interviewer always notices it. If you very experience, it is good for you, but it does not mean you should throw a tantrum or be arrogant.  Your attitude reflects your flexibility to adapt to the new environment.

💡Avoid asking the salary in the first couple of rounds and try to avoid asking it. There is a particular round for it called Salary negotiation round.  Let Interviewer discuss first. The Interviewer already knows your salary range and asking such a question will have a negative impact. Instead, Look at JD which you might have received which would have details or ask the person who have organize the interview.

💡Don't rehearse the lines from your CV, the Interviewer knows all those, even they asked you to do so. Be quick in the intro & tell something that matters like your previous projects and details, clients, how will you add value, etc.

Follow these tips and secure your chance. It will help you to avoid rejections on initial stages for sure.
